Get your Certified Technology Leader  CTL certification OVER THE WEEKEND with an expert leadership and technology trainer who is local to Richmond. This means I will not cancel classes! 

My name is Bob Nolley and I am a lifelong resident of the RVA.  I have worked in financial institutions, higher education, and information technology organizations my entire life.  During this time I have seen technology and project teams both flounder and flourish.  The difference between the two is the amount of leadership and accountability that each team member shows. 

This is not easy.  But it does come with practice. This class will show you a new way to look at your role and realtionships not only in your job but throughout your entire life.

You now have the opportunity to demonstrate your committment to being a complete team member in your organization by adding the CTL certification to your technical credential portfolio.

Become a Founding Member

By enolling now and completing this two-day training and demonstrating your progress through passing an online exam, you will earn the CTL certification.  You will receive a certifcate documenting your success and receive the logo to post on your website and business cards.  You will have access to a private LinkedIn Group.  You will have the opportunity to connect with others by contributing articles to the CTL website.

And most importantly, if you register for and successfully complete this class and examination, you will earn the additional distinctive designation of being a founding member. Your logo will also carry this  distinctive designation.  

Even more importantly, your designation as a founding member will include permanent certification.  You will not be required to renew or re-certify in two years as memebers that join later will be required to do.

What to Expect

This class will be very immersive and experiential.  No laptops will be allowed in the room. Cell phones will be set to stun (silent--I love the way my buddy Mike says this!). I will not kill you with Powerpoint--in fact, I no longer use this in my in person training.

We will take breaks often, and your full participation is expected for certification.  If you plan to sit in the back of the room and nap, this is not for you.  If you are looking for a prep for the exam, this is not for you. If you are looking for a quick and dirty certification, this is certainly not for you.

We'll break for lunch each day.  There will be lots of time for networking and brainstorming, both of which add to your effectiveness.
